At Juicy By Jay, every item is made specially for you once your order is placed. Because of this custom production process, we do not accept refunds or exchanges, so please make sure to review the sizing guide carefully before checking out.

We want you to love what you receive!
If your order arrives damaged, with a printing error, or is significantly different from what you ordered, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item.

Include:

1. Your order number
2. Clear photos of the issue
3.  A short description of what’s wrong

We'll review your request and do our best to make it right through a replacement or a partial/full refund if necessary.
